St. Patrick's Day Party Desserts for Kids Line about 28 cupcake tins with cupcake liners, may make less or more
cupcakes. Fill each one about ½ way with batter. Take foil and roll up
into balls about ½ to 2/3 inch in diameter. You need three foil balls
for each cup cake. Place foil balls evenly around the outside of cup
cake liner but on the inside of cupcake tin. Then bake. Cupcakes are
only half full so cooking time is less. Mine took about 15 minutes.
More desserts below
Rice Krispies: Make regular recipe but, add liquid green food
coloring to melted marshmallows before adding Rice Krispies. After cut
into bars or using a shamrock or top hat cookie cutter punch out shapes. Variation is to use half rice krispies and half lucky charms in the recipe.
Jell-O Jigglers: are always a hit. Use the lime or green jell-o.
Follow directions on box and use appropriate cookie cutter shapes.
The obvious store bought or homemade green icing cupcakes or green

add edible or non edible items or flowers/greenery.

from your favorite pie store.
